Dates are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Please make sure you include all PEOPLE who will be attending (students, teachers, chaperones, nurses, etc.)
Each show takes place in the same approximate timeframe every year (Macbeth - February, R&J - April/May, Poe - Oct/Nov).

Termination
The Sponsoring Organization may terminate this contract at any time by giving written notice no less than thirty (30) days' from scheduled performance date. If the contract is terminated with less than thirty (30) days' notice, Sponsoring Organization will be subject to a termination fee of 25% of contract amount.
Final Attendance Numbers
While Final Attendance Numbers may change due to circumstances beyond your control, it cannot change more than 15% within fourteen (14) days of scheduled performance, else Sponsoring Organizations will be responsible for full contract amount.
Payment
Payment in full is due no later than the day of your performance, unless a previous arrangement has been made. Payment should be mailed to the address below or you may bring payment with you (check, cash or credit card).
